How much does shipping cost for pet supplies?

We offer flat-rate shipping across Australia, with free standard shipping on orders over $99, excluding bulky items like large aquariums or heavy pet food bags.

Do you ship live animals?

For the safety and welfare of our animals, we do not ship live pets. All livestock, including puppies, kittens, reptiles, and fish, must be collected in-store following a suitability screening.

What is your return policy on pet products?

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for most items, provided they are unused and in original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on used bedding, litter trays, or opened food.

Can I Click & Collect my order?

Yes, Click & Collect is available at our Kellyville location. Most orders are ready for pickup within 2 to 4 business hours after the order is placed.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), PayPal, and interest-free payment options including Afterpay and Zip Pay.

Do you offer a satisfaction guarantee on pet food?

Many of our premium food brands offer a 'Palatability Guarantee.' If your pet refuses to eat a specific premium food, you can return the bag with at least 75% of the contents remaining for an exchange or refund.
